The following should be considered to apply returns and guarantees:
1. Changes.
Jule´s 925 accepts exchanges for another part as long as the product is in good condition, without having been used, in original packaging and that it does not exceed 10 calendar days from the date of the original order unless the dates have not been met of the shipment. Shipping costs for both return and forwarding will be paid by the customer even if the change does not proceed.
Proof of purchase is required.
The client must contact through the email ventas@jules925.com to receive the instructions and proceed.
2. Returns and Refund.
It is emphasized that when making the purchase you accept the characteristics and prices indicated on the product page, so returns are only accepted in the following cases:
If the product upon receipt of the shipment is in poor condition or with factory defects.
If the product does not meet the characteristics with which you bought the product and is in good condition.
In any of the above cases, to make said return and refund, it is required that you send us within a period of no more than 72 hours. An email to ventas@jules925.com explaining the reason and a photograph of how the product was found upon receipt and extracting it from the packaging as well as showing the details of why it does not correspond to the requested product, you will receive a response no longer than 48 hours where it will be given to you advice on the ways in which the return will be made. It is important to have the original packaging for its correct packaging. The shipping cost is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Time and form of refund.
If your refund was approved, then it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the time to be reflected in your account will depend on your bank.
